I'm testing the demo. It's extracting small portions of the videos, if I understand correctly, but none of them plays (using VLC). Most of them are 2000 kb. Is that correct?

Anti-virus blocks the software. What does it mean?

 To recover data, the software needs direct access to the HDD. Some anti-viruses may prohibit such actions from software. If you want to use our software you must add it to the anti-virus exception list
