I just tested the software, it is very good. But how to get only the list of available recorded files? I wish to know if December 2020 is available before client buy? The Demo shows 2018 May, 4 recovery files. What are your suggestions?

Please check the log file. It stores a record of all files that the software can recover.

We recommend you to write to the support service:
- write your email, what’s linked to the license
- describe the error and send the screenshot to us
- send “glog.log” file to us (that file is formed each time when the program is launched)
- probably it will be needed to send the image file where was the error
